These Donnollis are absolutely delicous. 5 stars . Full of cream and lovely and fresh unfortunate to me my family ate them aswell
Arrived 4 days after the order even though it was 24hr tracked. I understand that’s not your fault, but I have sent 2 emails with no reply with regards to the donuts being inedible. I’m sure this order doesn’t reflect the product when fresh, but I was hoping for a some response to my issues and a resolution.

There was no information such as use by date ingredients or allergens.
Looking at stocking them the price point is too high compared to making a bubble waffle or a luxury ice cream cone

Lovely product, but I feel that £14.99 and £4.99 for postage was quite excessive for 4 cones and 4 sleeves. Essentially £5 per cone and sleeve.
The price for this product is not worth it. Taste good but you really don’t get what you pay for

2 of which were filled with strawberry cream instead of jam and cream as advertised, awful, went straight to bin. Sent 6 messages, no response at all, very poor customer service
I love them all, was abit dubious about the jam and cream, pleasantly surprised it was as good as the others
Terrible packaging, loose and rolling about inside the box. They were so dried out that they tasted awful.

Unfortunately the box arrived with a rip in it. I was surprised to find the conuts floating about inside the box and not sealed in anything to keep them fresh. They were squashed flat and quite stale. Due to the hole in the box I didnt feel comfortable letting customers try them, plus I wouldnt have been able to get ice cream into them any way.
